Since Bodum introduced their first french press coffee maker in 1974 they have been know as one of the leading makers of french presses with over 60 million produced. By 1975 they were expanding their product line, and in 1979 they decided to move their operation from Denmark to Switzerland to take advantage of the expanding European market. In 1986 Bodum opened its first retail store in London and now operates over 50 stores worldwide, while operating in 17 countries and employing over 600 people. Today Bodum is still a completely family owned company and offers a wide range of coffee and tea products. Their beautiful designs, and easy to use machines make them perfect for your everyday use.
